The American-Russian Chamber of Commerce of Minnesota (ARCCOM) was established in August 2015 as a non-profit under IRS section 501(c)(6).
Since its first workshop in October 2015, ARCCOM has hosted various local and international events, including the second annual conference in October 2016, held in the Twin Cities, the Russian Trade Mission in Amsterdam, and the online RUSTEC2020 conference featuring prominent figures from the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
In March 2016, ARCCOM joined the local Euro-American Chambers of Commerce community and has since engaged in several of its events and Minnesota government meetings to involve ethnic communities in international trade missions.
The COVID-19 pandemic and political changes have impacted ARCCOM’s operations. Currently, a dedicated group of entrepreneurs is forming a new Board of Directors and Advisory Board to strengthen support for local Russian-speaking entrepreneurs integrating into Minnesota’s business community.
